These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the registered user (hereinafter "Player", "User", "you", or "your"), and Mavibet (hereinafter "Mavibet", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at mavibet.asia (hereinafter the "Platform" or "Site").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any service or feature offered by Mavibet, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

Mavibet reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

Registration and use of the Mavibet Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, each of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the duration of your Account:

• 3.1 Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of account registration and on any occasion on which you access the Platform or place a wager. Mavibet strictly prohibits underage gambling. Any account found to be operated by an individual under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately and all funds held in that account will be returned to the depositing payment source, net of any winnings generated.
• 3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your access to and use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. Mavibet makes no representation that access to the Platform is legal in all locations.
• 3.3 Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be under any legal, mental, or contractual incapacity that would prevent you from forming a valid agreement.
• 3.4 One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. In the event multiple accounts are discovered to be operated by or on behalf of the same individual, Mavibet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close all associated accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.
• 3.5 Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether imposed by Mavibet or any other gambling platform or regulatory body, at the time of registration or during your use of the Platform.

To access the full range of services available on the Platform, you are required to complete the account registration process. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.

• 4.1 You must provide a valid email address, a chosen username, and a secure password during registration. Mavibet may request additional personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact number for the purpose of identity verification.
• 4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all registration information throughout the lifetime of your Account. You must promptly notify Mavibet of any changes to your registered details by contacting our support team.
• 4.3 Mavibet reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing reasons. Registration approval does not guarantee the right to continued access to the Platform.
• 4.4 You must not register using a name, address, payment method, or identity that does not belong to you. Registration using false, misleading, or third-party information constitutes fraud and will be treated accordingly.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. Mavibet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.

• 5.1 You must not share your Account login credentials with any third party. Your Account is strictly personal and non-transferable. Allowing another individual to operate your Account, whether for gambling or any other purpose, constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• 5.2 You must notify Mavibet immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account, or any compromise of your login credentials.
• 5.3 Mavibet recommends the use of a strong, unique password for your Account and strongly advises enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. You should avoid accessing your Account from public or shared devices or networks.
• 5.4 Mavibet will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any communication channel. If you receive any such request purporting to be from Mavibet, you should treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

Mavibet supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for depositing funds into your Account. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. Mavibet does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in the Account holder's name.

• 6.1 Accepted Methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u (Maybank online banking), CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow, and FPX (Financial Process Exchange). This list may be updated at Mavibet's discretion.
• 6.2 Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit is RM30, unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Maximum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and Account tier.
• 6.3 Processing Times: E-wallet deposits via Touch 'n Go, Boost, and GrabPay are typically credited to your Account within seconds. DuitNow transfers are generally instant. FPX bank transfers may take between 5 and 15 minutes depending on the participating institution.
• 6.4 Third-Party Deposits: Deposits made from payment methods, accounts, or e-wallets registered in a third party's name are strictly prohibited. Any such deposit detected by Mavibet may result in the suspension of the Account and reversal of the relevant transaction.
• 6.5 Currency: The Platform operates in MYR as its primary transaction currency. Any conversion from another currency where applicable is subject to the prevailing exchange rate applied by the payment processor, which may differ from the published market rate.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions. Mavibet aims to process all eligible withdrawal requests promptly, subject to verification requirements and applicable processing times.

• 7.1 KYC Requirement: All withdrawal requests require a completed KYC verification. First-time withdrawal requests will be placed in a pending state until satisfactory identity documentation has been submitted and approved. Mavibet typically completes KYC reviews within 24 to 48 hours of receiving complete documentation.
• 7.2 Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• 7.3 Payout Methods: Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless that method does not support withdrawals, in which case an alternative verified Malaysian bank account or e-wallet may be designated.
• 7.4 Processing Times: E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, or Hong Leong may take between 1 and 3 business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals (where available) typically process within 30 to 60 minutes subject to network conditions.
• 7.5 Bonus Wagering: Any active bonus wagering requirement must be fully satisfied before a withdrawal request will be approved. Partial withdrawals that would leave an insufficient balance to complete active wagering requirements may be declined at Mavibet's discretion.
• 7.6 Right to Withhold: Mavibet reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of security checks, identity verification, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. We will notify the Account holder of any such hold and provide a reasonable timeline for resolution.

Mavibet offers various promotional incentives to registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, referral rewards, and loyalty programme benefits. All promotions are subject to individual promotion terms in addition to the general terms set out in this section.

• 8.1 Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any derived winnings become withdrawable. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering multiplier applicable to welcome bonuses is stated in the individual promotion terms. Common multipliers range from x10 to x30 of the bonus amount.
• 8.2 Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to the completion of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Sports betting wagers contribute at varying rates depending on the applicable promotion terms. Game contributions are specified in each promotion's individual T&C.
• 8.3 Maximum Bet Rule: When a bonus is active, the maximum permissible single bet using bonus funds is capped, typically at RM250 to RM500 per round or wager, unless otherwise specified. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• 8.4 Bonus Expiry: All bonus funds carry an expiry window from the date and time of crediting. Standard expiry windows are 7, 14, or 30 days as specified in the individual promotion terms. Any bonus or associated winnings not utilised or wagered within the expiry period will be automatically removed from the Account balance without compensation.
• 8.5 Maximum Cashout from Bonus: The maximum amount withdrawable from winnings generated using bonus funds may be capped. Where a maximum cashout limit applies (e.g., MYR 2,880), winnings above this threshold derived solely from bonus play are not withdrawable and will be removed upon withdrawal request submission.
• 8.6 Abuse and Fraud: Mavibet reserves the right to withhold, void, or claw back any bonus or winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, hedging strategies, arbitrage betting, or any conduct designed to exploit or circumvent the intended purpose of a promotion.
• 8.7 One Bonus Per Promotion: Unless explicitly stated, each registered Account is entitled to claim each specific promotion once only. Multiple accounts operated by the same individual to claim the same promotion more than once constitutes a breach of these Terms.

The following general betting rules apply to all sports betting and casino wagers placed on the Mavibet Platform. Specific rules applicable to individual sports, markets, or game types are available within the respective game or sports section of the Platform.

• 9.1 Wager Confirmation: A wager is only confirmed and binding once you have received an explicit acceptance confirmation from the Platform. Bets placed during periods of technical error, data feed failure, or incorrect odds publication may be voided at Mavibet's discretion, with stakes returned to the Player's Account.
• 9.2 Manifest Errors: Mavibet reserves the right to void any wager placed at odds that were published in error (manifest error), including but not limited to human data entry errors, technical feed errors, or odds published significantly outside prevailing market rates. In such cases, all stakes will be returned.
• 9.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets. These limits may vary by sport, market type, and Account tier. Current limits are displayed within the betting interface at the time of wager placement.
• 9.4 In-Play Betting: In-play (live) betting is subject to additional terms. Decisions made during in-play betting are final once accepted by the Platform. Mavibet may temporarily suspend in-play betting markets at any time in response to significant events in the match or for operational reasons.
• 9.5 Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body or official data provider. Mavibet will not re-settle any bet on the basis of unofficial results, media reports, or player disputes except where an official result amendment is confirmed by the relevant authority.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Mavibet Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Fraudulent use of payment methods, including the use of stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment instruments
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or participate in casino games
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or sports betting market
• Money laundering or any use of the Platform in connection with criminal activity
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage or derive financial benefit beyond legitimate gameplay
• Bonus abuse, including use of multiple accounts, fictitious identities, or systematic hedging strategies to extract promotional value without legitimate play
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC, or support interactions
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at Mavibet staff or other Platform users through any communication channel
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory where online gambling is expressly prohibited under applicable local law

All intellectual property rights in the Mavibet Platform — including but not limited to the website design, user interface, software, source code, graphics, logos, trademarks, game content, and written materials — are the exclusive property of Mavibet or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, commercially exploit, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without Mavibet's prior written consent.

The Mavibet name, logo, and all associated brand elements are the registered or common-law trademarks of Mavibet. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mavibet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any service provided therein.

• 12.1 Mavibet does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Mavibet may suspend, modify, or discontinue any feature or service at any time without prior notice.
• 12.2 Mavibet shall not be liable for any losses arising from telecommunications failures, internet connectivity issues, force majeure events, acts of third-party payment processors, or any other cause outside Mavibet's reasonable control.
• 12.3 Gambling involves inherent financial risk. Mavibet does not guarantee any particular outcome from any game or betting market. You acknowledge that all gambling activity involves the risk of financial loss and that Mavibet is not responsible for losses incurred through legitimate gameplay.
• 12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit Mavibet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Mavibet is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools that enable players to manage their gambling activity effectively. The following responsible gambling provisions form an integral part of these Terms.

• 13.1 Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Deposit limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before becoming effective.
• 13.2 Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration reminders and maximum session time limits to help manage time spent on the Platform.
• 13.3 Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to suspend their gambling activity may initiate a self-exclusion from their Account settings or by contacting Mavibet support. Self-exclusion periods may be set for a defined term or indefinitely. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be inaccessible and no marketing communications will be directed to the Player.
• 13.4 Reality Checks: Players may opt in to receive periodic pop-up notifications during active sessions summarising their session duration and net win/loss position.

Mavibet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms by the Account holder
• Failure to pass or comply with KYC verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity theft
• Use of the Account in connection with prohibited conduct as set out in Section 10
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or verification
• Operation of the Account from a Restricted Territory
• Instruction received from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority

In the event of Account termination due to verified breach of these Terms, Mavibet reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where termination is initiated by the Player voluntarily, all verified funds in the Account will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following standard withdrawal processing procedures.

Mavibet reserves the right to amend, supplement, or revise these Terms at any time. Significant amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or through a prominent notice displayed on the Platform.

Amendments take effect from the date stated in the updated Terms document. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must immediately close your Account and withdraw any remaining balance.

The most current version of these Terms is always accessible at mavibet.asia/terms-conditions. You are encouraged to check this page periodically, particularly before placing significant wagers or claiming promotions.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Mavibet is incorporated and licensed to operate. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral bodies designated under the applicable governing framework.

Prior to initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you are required to first contact Mavibet's customer support team in writing at [email protected] and allow Mavibet a reasonable period — no less than thirty (30) days — to investigate and respond to your complaint. Mavibet is committed to resolving all genuine player disputes fairly and transparently.
